Shanaaz Parker is the former Head of Department at the College of Cape Town School of Cooking and the principal of the Shanaaz Parker Culinary Academy. She also services contracts in Hostel, Cafeteria Management and the manager of the student residence “Home away from home.” Part of her portfolio is Business Consulting and Catering for Corporate functions.
She has a vast amount of experience in the hospitality industry and prides herself as a motivated, ambitious hard worker and is passionate about what she does. She has a vision to work hard towards her goals and holds an Advanced Diploma in Culinary Arts as well a Certificate in Marketing Management.
Shanaaz is the Food Editor for a local newspaper, and she is a regular food broadcaster on various radio stations.
