Registration now open. Registration fees for part time courses are R500.00 per course which is deducted from the total amount. Classes will commence as soon as they are full – 20 students. Ingredients supplied by academy. All lessons material as well as recipes supplied by academy. All containers to take product home to be brought by student. Knives, measuring sets and clothes are all students own (part time). Part time students may purchase apron, cap and T-shirt from academy. Full time students may purchase the full kit from academy e.g. Small equipment and tools, chef gear, T-shirts and jackets. |
